June 6, 2008 - Training Fire Waxhaw VFD and several neighboring fire departments gather together to burn down a 13,000 square foot mansion that was set to be torn down in the Cureton sub-division. Providence, Wesley Chapel, Mineral Springs, and Indian Land fire departments all participated with Waxhaw VFD, making several runs in various rooms on different floors and in the basement. Included in the training was an incident command structure, accountability system, and a large rehab area staffed with support team members and EMTs.   page 1 of 4
